Samuel McGann

Moving on from Samuel’s earlier work with compositions of figures taken from life drawing studies, he has started to work in monochrome where he places naive versions of the human figure emphasising further the fragility of the human form. Some of the figures appear distorted and downtrodden as they surrender themselves to the gaze of the viewer.
